SMS messages through Constructra AI.
Introduction
Constructra AI is a construction operations management platform used by construction companies to manage
projects, subcontractors, documents, compliance, inspections, budgets, and project communications.
Constructra AI never purchases phone numbers.
Constructra AI never sends marketing SMS messages.
All SMS messages sent through Constructra AI are transactional and directly related to active
construction projects.

The following steps describe the complete process from subcontractor creation to transactional SMS
delivery.

Construction Company Creates a Subcontractor
The construction company adds a new subcontractor record into Constructra AI. Information
entered includes:
- Company Name
- Contact Person
- Email Address
- Trade
No SMS messages are sent during this step.

Construction Company Sends a Bid Invitation Email
The subcontractor receives an email invitation containing a secure link to the bid response
page.
No SMS messages are sent at this stage.

Bid Response Page
The subcontractor opens the secure bid page from the email. The subcontractor reviews:
- Scope of Work
- Drawings
- Documents
- Project Information
- Pricing Form

SMS Consent
Before providing a mobile phone number for project SMS notifications, the subcontractor is
presented with an explicit SMS consent section.
The subcontractor voluntarily enters their mobile phone number.
The subcontractor must actively check the consent checkbox before SMS notifications are
enabled.
Consent is provided directly by the recipient.
Constructra AI does not automatically enroll recipients.

After consent has been provided, Constructra AI may send transactional SMS messages on behalf
of the construction company. Examples include:
